The Center for Sensor Technologies focuses on the development of advanced sensors for detecting and measuring various parameters and processes in biosystems. These technologies find application in the agri-food sector, environmental monitoring, and in medical and biomedical fields.

The Center’s mission is to develop innovative sensor solutions that are more precise, cost-effective, and functionally advanced than existing technologies. This goal is achieved through an interdisciplinary approach that connects various research areas within the Center, as well as through collaboration with other centers within the Institute.

By combining fundamental scientific research with practical problem-solving, the Center creates conditions for developing new technologies with tangible social and economic significance.
